A beautiful escape sitting on the hills above Monopoli. Quiet home on a large piece of land with fruit (fig, cherry, pear, ...) and olive trees. We were able to find a handful of ripe cherries and the kids loved picking them. Large parking area for bigger cars. The units are modern and decorated very nicely. The hosts are amazing! Very helpful, kind, and have a love for their guests. Breakfast was very nice and included some home made treats from the host. Capsule coffee machine and hot milk warmer along with stocked fridge with milk, juices, water, yogurts. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were traveling with 2 young kids and they slept great! Amazing local restaurant only 2 minutes drive up the street. Wifi was good. Great location to visit the area such as the beaches at Capitolo, zoo safari at Fasano, the historic city of Alberobello and more. Amazing find and not far from the main road SS16. Worth a stop if you are traveling through. We will definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable value for money. The family ran place is stunning, room was amazing it felt like being in a luxurious castle. The whole Masseria is nested in a green environment, scents of flowers and Jasmin. It is a maze of small gardens, hidden stairs and secret spaces inhabited by butterflies. Beautiful. Two pools in an incredible setting. Breakfast was brilliant and, glazing on the cake, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The entire place is super clean, beautifully decorated and quiet although only 5 minutes from downtown Monopoli and Santo Stefano beach (where they have prebooked a spot for you). Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

Amazing family-owned kids-friendly place, with lovely decorations and attention to detail. You feel the loving touch everywhere. Really beautiful rooms and surroundings, Our daughter loved the trampoline and swings, as well as all the toys and coloring books in the kids' room and Babyccino for breakfast! Breakfast was delicious and diverse. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. We have had a lovely conversation with them in the evening! Overall: it was a very pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

A Masseria é linda ! Uma linda piscina e um pomar cheio de frutas deliciosas . Fomos em família e ficamos em um apartamento com sala íntima inclusive ! O café da manhã maravilhoso com mozarela e presuntos locais , frutas frescas colhidas diretamente do pomar , geleias artesanais e pães deliciosos tornam esse momento muito especial servido debaixo das oliveiras da Masseria . Os quartos são bonitos e a cama muito confortável! Além de tudo isso o que mais nos cativou foi o acolhimento de nossas anfitriãs! Maria Teresa e Rafaela nos receberam tão calorosamente e com tanto carinho nos fazendo nos sentir em casa literalmente . Ficamos tão à vontade que parecia que estávamos passando férias na fazenda da avó ! Todos esses mimos tornaram nossa estadia em uma experiência inesquecível ! Obrigada Maria Teresa e Rafi por nos receber em sua casa com tanto carinho !

We fell in love with this place ! The whole property was stunning and the atmosphere very cosy. Everything was clean. The owners were very kind and helpful and they definitely had an eye for detail. The breakfast was delicious, we loved the fresh pastries. Thank you for everything.

An old masseria renovated with great care, filled with local interior accessories, maintained in the rustic minimal design convention. We occupied two junior suites on the ground floor and were the only guests of the hotel, which made us feel like a VIP. Each room was spacious with access to the outdoor terrace and a bathroom with chromotherapy and a comfortable shower. The room is high, which makes it seem even larger than its actual surface. The facility has recently been opened, but we will certainly come back to use the spa and gym zone on level minus 1, which is scheduled to be open in late autumn - it already looks impressive. We were happy to use the outdoor swimming pool and the recreational area around it. A large olive grove offers many arrangement possibilities for larger events. The hotel serves vegan breakfasts, although they could be a bit more varied, especially when you stay there for longer than a day or two. Croissants and coffee deserve separate praise. We took advantage of the hotel's offer and rented e-bikes with a guide (Probike Monopoli) to cover over 50 km in the beautiful surroundings on the way to Savelletri. We also went for an olive oil tasting (Scisci) and had great fun preparing pasta (orecchiette) with tomato sauce in the hotel kitchen under the watchful eye of a professional chef (Madia from Raparossa). Our arrival and stay was not without adventures. On the way from the airport, we had a tyre puncture, and the next day, during a bicycle trip, we urgently needed medical help and antihistamines after a bee sting. Fortunately, Giovanni, who is the main person running the masseria, showed great understanding and perfect help. He organized both the tire repair and the doctor. He recommended and booked restaurants in the area. He was constantly, imperceptibly present, and treated our needs individually and with great care.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apollo House, Marco Antonio made us feel immediately comfortable on arrival, and for the duration of our stay, his hospitality made our trip extra special. He had lots of local knowledge and recommendations. The location is beautiful, high up in the olive groves with a stunning view looking right out to sea from the lovely swimming pool and eating/lounge area. The trullo we stayed in was very cute, comfortable and had everything you needed. We chose to have breakfast most mornings and dinner one evening, all prepared by Marco Antonio, and it was all delicious! Fresh produce, some directly from the location such as almonds from the trees! Would totally recommend having these if you’re staying here, great food in a beautiful setting (we felt no pressure from Marco Antonio to do so, it’s there as an extra option if you fancy it). You need a car to get here, it’s well sign posted and easy to find, only a 20 min drive into Monopoli, and you’re in a perfect position to explore multiple nearby towns from Apollo. Look forward to coming back again :)
