Overal is had a wonderful stay, i would definitely recomend this hotel.

From the check-in day with a lovely reception with fresh juice and cool perfumed towels to refresh from the day heath, until the checkout, we felt immediately that this accomodation would be our favorite in Zanzibar! Everything that is there is made and taken care with love, joy and effort. It is beautifully imagined and created with vision. We slept wonderfully in the quietness of the place, and we had very relaxing days, we just used to go out to go to the beautiful beach (5min walking), we had everything we needed inside: a stunning restaurant literally in the giant and old baobab tree, where wood and illumination result in a perfect ambience to have dinner. The food was everyday fresh and delicious, very well prepared and served by the nicest staff ever! To burn the calories we used to go to the gym and meet with the resident little monkey, Mr. Bob! :) we had so much fun! To relax, we had some card games, domino, with the pool bar close to have a fresh drink. Finally, a word to Aisha the massage lady (yes, they also provide massage service!): we loved your work and thank you for relaxing us so much! :) For the owners, Sophie & Eric: we are very lucky to have been in your beautiful lodge and having the chance to meet you! You are great and we wish you all the best and we know that FOR SURE you will have more and more happy guests as we are! We hope to come back! Susana and Néstor

Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

We stayed there 2 nights, only 1 would be more than enough. There's a really nice beach and some good restaurants. Since we saw other parts of zanzibar and did all the activities, kiwengwe didn't had much to offer beside the beach and friendly dogs 😊 If you want just to stay on the beach than this is your place.

Od THB 8.906 na nočZ možem sva potovanje na Zanzibarju zaključila v hotelu Baladin in si res ne bi mogla želeti boljšega zaključka. Vsi zaposleni, hrana, urejenost sob in celega hotela je res TOP! Res sva lahko odklopila ves stres in skrbi, ko sva bila tukaj, saj sva res uživala od prvega do zadnjega dneva. Definitvno bo ta hotel najina prva izbira naslednjič, ko bova spet na Zanzibarju. ☺️☺️

Right on the beach (a beautiful beach!). The hotel was huge, set on circa 19 acres, with impressive and well-maintained grounds. Our room was comfortable and stylish. The pools were incredible and had a great infinity pool with a lovely view. The food was tasty and varied and the staff were superb.

Everything! I can’t fault it. Starting from the gate, very warm welcome. Made me and my wife feel and get in tune with the happy mood. Very exceptional service from staff, spectacular amenities and access and good value for money. I felt very happy and can recommend this to anyone with my eyes closed. Made a lot of vacation memories with my wife here.

Everything is simply perfect about this accommodation: location is great, stuff is very welcome and supportive, clean in the room and at the beach, great security all over the hotel (rooms, territory and coastline), very beautiful everywhere and food is amazing 🤩 If you will see the deal with half board, don’t hesitate, just take it!

We had an incredible time at Karafuu Beach Resort and Spa. The location of the hotel is absolutely unique and it was beautiful to observe the sea and tides which are integral part of Island life. The atmosphere was very private and we felt that have visited the Real part of wild Zanzibar. The hotel is very beautifully kept. Garden surrounding the bungalows is well kept and made us feel like we are on a tropical paradise holiday. ( which is not always the case with hotels in Zanzibar!) Reception , bar and main restaurant area was very impressive. The view from the main parts of the hotel as well as spa is breath taking, private beach belonging to the hotel one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The food was very good, we especially loved the dinner in Maasai village. The main pool was as well very well kept, perfect temperature and has a lovely bar serving beautiful drinks. We also loved the fact that the hotel has its own garden and ingredients are used in the kitchen, thank you for amazing garden tour! Big thank you to the whole spa team who made me feel very pampered, had incredible face and full body massage. Incredible thank you to Mohamed from Wimbi diving centre who organised a fishing trip for my partner and an incredible Safari blue for both of us, with the biggest smile always on his face! The bungalow was very tidy, nice and spacious bedroom and a beautiful terrace with an incredible sea view, special plus for the very comfortable terrace lounge chairs. Last but not least, the biggest thank you to all members of staff at the reception, restaurants, bar and pool. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and professional. We could have not asked for more.

Every detail was perfectly fitted, the ambiance was modern and exotic , we loved it! The staff was very service minded and professional. The food was absolutely excellent ! Every meal we took was a pleasure. We are very impressed by z hotel .

Amazing peace of paradise in beautiful Zanzibar. One of the most beautiful beaches that we visit so far. The staff is helpful and always smiling. We were there with two babies and we had a great time. Highly recommended.
